I was trying to starve myself to loose weight and had the will power to do it but Monday night I felt really bad, light headed and sick to my stomach. I have since decided to eat around 1400 calories a day again and continue to exercise to loose weight. I have realized that I want this to be a permanent fix and not just a fad loss of weight.
