Diario de jprunty, 12 dic. 07

Made it through my last christmas party. Very excited about that. Weight is starting to come off slowly. Getting ready for christmas. The in-laws are coming for a week. But husband and I already sat down and figured out what are food menu is going to be for dinners and decided that we're going to make everything atkins friendly, so that I don't fall off the wagon.
No one else is dieting in my household, but it is nice that no one is trying to deture me in any other direction.
Pretty sure if I stay at loosing atleast 3 lbs a week I will make my first goal by the new year. From there it should be pretty easy.

It's great the he is supporting you in this. You might want to throw in some Atkins friendly desserts so that you can indulge if you want and folks don't complain about the lack of goodies. I think that low carb cheesecake is even better than regular. The nut crust is what makes it!! I'm planning on making one for my family celebration that I'm having here.
