Diario de BDaniell, 24 jul. 17

I return with my head bowed down in shame, I lost track of my goals and let things get out of control. For the last few months I have not tracked my weight and slowly allowed myself to get back to my old routines. I'm roughly 118kg currently and have realized that I'm on my way back to the old me. This was not the first time in my live I've tried to loose weight and each time has gone the same. I've recently discovered Guys like ObesetoBeast, Possible Pat, Wetbreast and others on Youtube who have had much harder journeys than me. I cannot blame anybody but myself for this failure, I let things slip back but it's time to give this another try.

Dude, I genuinely think you on the right track, by simply admitting to the fact that you have nobody else to blame but yourself, is a huge acknowledgement. That is sometimes one of the hardest things to do, so well done. A lot of the time we let our stories take control of our life. Good luck champ

You came back, and that is the part that counts the most. Be proud of yourself for being able to take that very important step and focus on that, rather than beating yourself up for the "failure" Good on you for having the courage and good luck with what lies ahead.

you can achieve your goals, what helped me was my mantra the pain i feel looking in the mirror, is nothing compared to the pain of eating controlled healthy portions

At least you are able to admit your mistakes and take charge in correcting them. You will reach your goals, sometimes we need a set back to help us refocus our goals. Good luck on your journey

Keep going. You did not go back to square one. What you know about yourself today is more than you did when you started. You are stronger and better. Don't beat yourself up about it. You can still pick up from where you left off (yes, I said where you left off even though I know you said you gained a lot of weight back). You will see that weight flying off! I can't wait to watch your progress.

One day at a time...small consistent efforts = GOOD gains. Lifestyle changes take time so be patient with yourself (and your body). You can do it!

don't stress bro I've been there most my life too. you're here that means you want to change. it's now your decision to change your habits into good habits. It has to be a lifestyle change otherwise we repeat our patterns of behaviour. it's hard as hell at first but nothing worth achievement comes easy. Good luck!
