I have seem to have one reason or another to not stick to this diet. First I was sick, then I had thanksgiving, then I got sick again... But I stepped on the scale and was surprised I still lost 5 pounds. I started the diet again today, and I am hoping I will continue to see the scale go down.

122,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg. Aún para ir: 18,1 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.
