Diario de astillac, 06 dic. 07

Starting the Fat Smash diet tomorrow. Feeling a bit silly and fad-following, but hey, it's food I already eat, and it certainly couldn't hurt. But first, some rules for myself:

1. Food is not bad or good. It's not a moral thing, it's a fuel thing.
2. Presentation is key.
3. Eat breakfast.
4. Eat lunch.
5. Drink water.
6. Take those vitamins. (Doing good on that.)
7. Remember your four pack? Focus on the four pack....

Fat smash does work, I dont consider that diet to be a fad. Good luck on your diet, when you are on the computer keep this on in a different window. Try and journal every day and record what you eat, it really really helps, and it means we can help you more too. And join the Ride Contest if you fancy it. (see the forum posts).

Defiantly don't consider it a fad....it is a life style change and it truly does work! Stick to it and you will see!
