I took my cousin and her family out to Golden Corral the day after my last posting I'm glad I wasn't counting calories that night (Its all you can eat and the food is really good).
So any way I'm sharing living quarters with my helper who is here 6 months from Russia. I have learned that eating for him is a necessity not a pleasure so he is constantly urging me to share his very bland and boring style of pork, chicken (He doesn't like beef) or plain spaghetti noodles Boiled with hot dogs so its been quite easy to not over eat.
