I ate terribly ate the superbowl party. Pizza and brownies. But I also tried to fill up on sausage balls (although I'm not sure if it was all protein). I paid for it though; threw up at about 2 AM. I weighed 160.5 yesterday.
I also ate poorly yesterday, although a little better. I had a banana for breakfast, then went to Dickie's for lunch. I had a half chicken with a little bit of bbq sauce and green beans. I also had a roll. For dinner I went to Olive Garden and had the kid's plate so it was a breast of grilled chicken, 1/2 c of broccoli and 1/2 c of spaghetti with marinra sauce. I'm pretty pleased that I lost a lb despite the roll and spaghetti.
Today is back on track. My lunch is pretty much all protein. I'm still not sure what I should do after my surgery though. I've been told nothing will sound good to eat and few things will be comfortable to eat in the first few weeks.
