Ok, I need to start doing this again. It's frustrating, because while I'm not cutting out carbs completely, I'm still cutting down on them, and not losing weight. I've also realized that my classes are definitely changing my body, but I'm not sure how I feel about it. My arms are thinner, and everything is firmer and tighter (I actually have an ass now....), but the size has not changed. My legs have gone from being wide and flabby to toned and muscular, but REALLY muscular. They look thinner in work out pants, and when they're bare, but in my jeans, I'm tight. They look good, but still tight. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I think I'd rather be a weak size 2 than a bulked up size 8.

I think I'm going to increase my yoga class. They help me so much mentally, and of course they are physically nourishing too. I'm not sure if I should start running more. I run 1 or 2 days a week on top of the 2 cardio/ab classes and yoga class. Should I try to run everyday?

I'm cooking more, which is helping. My stress level is through the roof. When my stress was at its lowest, I was my thinnest. I'm not sure what I can do to decrease stress other than change jobs, which won't happen until the fall. At least I'll be done in July.

I'll try writing things down again to be more cognizant of what I'm putting in my body, although I'm so obsessive over my weight, I feel I'm pretty cognizant as it is.... but I'm not losing weight, so obviously I'm not doing something right. I had my thyroid checked and it's apparently fine, so I'm not sure what to chalk it up to other than my habits and my stress.

I must lose weight to have a child.

I have a terrible migraine today. Like, should not eat or I'll vomit from pain type of migraine. I already took some medicine, but it's still there. I'm going to stick to Sprite and water until I feel confident whatever I eat won't come back up.

Possible reasons for migraine:
Allergies (high tree, moderate grass)
Flowers that I put in my house yesterday
First period without birth control in who knows how long
Going to the dog park for an hour last night
No caffeine yesterday

I'm betting it's something environmental though. Tonya came in with a really bad migraine as well.

I'm not even going to put down my weight. I've not seen it this high since my "fat" days. But, I went to Houston this weekend and ate a lot of random shit, and like I said, first period without birth control in a LONG time. So that may be throwing me off. I hardly ate anything yesterday. A egg, bacon and cheese sandwich for breakfast, a turkey wrap for lunch, and pad thai chicken for dinner. No snacks. Lots of water. I did have a large Sprite because I felt yucky. But that's really not that much food.

We'll see what the weight looks like at the end of the week when the period is done. I'll have a lot more water in me too, and I need to shop for protein foods.

I'm not even going to put down my weight. It's bad. We've eaten pretty much whatever since my surgery. I'm still not sure what makes me sick and what doesn't, but high fat stuff does not sit well. I would say it takes about 30 minutes before my body tries to get rid of it. I was told high fat wouldn't do well, as well as spicy stuff (but I never eat that anyway).

I've also been reading a lot about aerobic exercise versus anaerobic exercise. Pretty much everything I do falls into the anaerobic because of my fast heart. I have to practically trudge along on a treadmill to be below 140. Maybe this will change after the ablation on Friday.

On the plus side, I am more... compact? Clothes are fitting better despite the increase on the scale. I love my work out classes, so I doubt I'll cut those, but the pre or post workout run will have to change to a stroll I suppose. And maybe more yoga. I know I don't go anaerobic in yoga.

That's all for now. Will restart watching the carbs and will up the water (I've been really bad about hydrating lately).
