Fasting has become a 24/7 thing for me. It's the only way to get past this plateau.
I'll weigh in after my play. I can't afford getting depressed about my weight when it's this close.

When the scale sticks, just get moving. A 20 minute walk burns 100 calories.

If weighing in is going to get you down, just skip it for a week and check in later. As long as you record your calories consumed and spent, and you see a negative number in the difference, you're bound to see a little improvement after a week (even if it's just a fraction of a pound).
