So, a lot happened while I was gone. I apologize profusely for my previous journal entry. I was in a bad place. It was selfish of me to make all of you worry that way. I hope you'll forgive me.
I got a girlfriend! She's an amazing person that I love very much, and she's inspired me to be able to love myself more. She helps me stay grounded, and focusing on others rather than myself helps me avoid the unhealthy obsession with weight loss. In the play that I'm in--a post-apocalyptic version of the Wizard of Oz--my girlfriend is Dorothy and I'm the Wicked Witch. Two nights are finished now, one night to go. It's been an amazing experience.
And finally, this is going to be goodbye for now. I'm trying to avoid thinking about weight loss in order to avoid the unhealthy obsession, so I'll be taking a break from this site. Thank you all for your concerns, contributions, and advice. You're awesome.

I broke, and ate. A lot.
At this point, I know that sometime in the near future, I'm going to do it. I'm going to kill myself.
I tried in October, but I've learned since then.
You don't have to worry about being fat when you're dead.

Fasting has become a 24/7 thing for me. It's the only way to get past this plateau.
I'll weigh in after my play. I can't afford getting depressed about my weight when it's this close.

All right--spike's over. Now, back to my diet!
Thanks for all of your comments on my last entry. I'll try to get all the vitamins I need, and burn more calories than I consume. I've been pretty busy recently, but exercise is something I need to work into my schedule. Any recommendations for a workout? I'd go running, but I don't have enough time before school and I have rehearsal and homework after school. Any advice is appreciated.
So: adjusted timeline. Obviously, the plateau was unforeseen, so I'll have to cut down on the calories for the next few days. I'm thinking 350. I'll exercise my butt off tonight and drink a whole lot of water, and hopefully that'll be enough to help jumpstart my continued weight loss after all the food I ate yesterday.
And finally, to those who have been commenting on the unhealthy nature of my diet. Your concern is appreciated, believe me. However, due to the fact that I loathe myself, I've decided to ignore your advice. Thank you for taking the time to comment on my journal--it means the world to me that people actually care.

Bad news today, unfortunately. It seems I've reached a plateau at 131 lbs.
Luckily, there are ways that people can get past plateaus. I'm going to try one of them today: a spike. I'm going to eat a normal amount of food for one day, and then return to my diet. I've heard it can jump start your metabolism, so that you can continue losing weight. I'm not sure how effective it is going to be, but it's the only thing I know how to try.
