All right--spike's over. Now, back to my diet!
Thanks for all of your comments on my last entry. I'll try to get all the vitamins I need, and burn more calories than I consume. I've been pretty busy recently, but exercise is something I need to work into my schedule. Any recommendations for a workout? I'd go running, but I don't have enough time before school and I have rehearsal and homework after school. Any advice is appreciated.
So: adjusted timeline. Obviously, the plateau was unforeseen, so I'll have to cut down on the calories for the next few days. I'm thinking 350. I'll exercise my butt off tonight and drink a whole lot of water, and hopefully that'll be enough to help jumpstart my continued weight loss after all the food I ate yesterday.
And finally, to those who have been commenting on the unhealthy nature of my diet. Your concern is appreciated, believe me. However, due to the fact that I loathe myself, I've decided to ignore your advice. Thank you for taking the time to comment on my journal--it means the world to me that people actually care.
Till next time.

Good for you, having a plan of attack. Whenever I get stuck, the obvious answer is to reduce calories. Some posters fast (though the results I read are mixed). May I ask how tall you are?

Same height as me, though I'm only trying to get to 125. It puts me in a size 4, which looks good on my curvy frame. Are you East Asian? They have more delicate bone structures.

As far as sqeezing in exercise, the most convenient is to put on some tunes and just dance in your living room. Or your bedroom. It has the added benefit of lifting the spirit.

I'll try that! It'll motivate me to clean my bedroom, too 😆

Um, can I comment about concern for the self-loathing? Because that seems like a cause for concern. Doesn't it? As for squeezing in exercise, the "Scientific 7 Minute Workout" despite sounding like the most bogus thing I have ever heard, is actually legitimately supported by academics in health and kinesiology fields. It also takes more like 8 minutes to do it properly, but still, it's only 8 minutes and makes you feel like you put in some decent effort. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.popularapp.sevenmins&hl=en
