Thanks for all the advice on eating whilst travelling and the last week has seen 2lb's dropped. The first two weeks of Phase One has seen an overall loss of 7lb's, not as much as I wanted but I can not grumble. I'm going to stay on Phase One until the end of next week as I have not been as rigorous around the diet as I would have liked................

85,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
