What a great day today. I had an appointment at 9 am and a walked to the appointment and back, that was a 6 mile round trip in 1 hour 15 minutes. Then at lunch time i went for another walk that ended up being a mile round trip and 1 hour 5 minutes.Menu was high in greens and protein, lower on the carbs this week.My sodium intake is a little high so i need to keep an eye on that.
I have Uncle Bens savor herb rice on my menu. sodium, per serving 480mg i need to remove this from my daily menu.
