Today i added 2 Lb ankle weight's to my walk and i took my dog with me, this was a lot more of a workout than the last couple of weeks. I am going to continue with the weight's and taking my dog, i will also add weight's during the week.

Today i was not at my best with the eating in healthy portion's. I was hungry all day and snacked on food most the day and had a big early dinner. Back hard at it tomorrow... don't slip up again.
