As for my week, I have two challenges. The first challenge I am on week 2, I will eat whole wheat all day today and make sure I get my 5 servings of veggies in. Also when I do my JM workout ... I'll get a quick walk in! As for my new challenge ... I will make sure I do not eat any sweets or deserts this week. That should be difficult because we are having a visitor at work which usually means donuts and then it's super bowl weekend.
