Diario de Dilyn61, 07 nov. 07

Well, I messed up already and ate pizza for dinner last night. We were out at Sam's Club, everyone starving and not a lot of options. But I still should have stood my ground and maybe just waited till we got home. But I always feel like I'm the one saying no when we all have to watch what we eat. Feeling a little sorry for myself, silly isn't it? What we won't do to rationalize our own weaknesses. Well, anyway, I got back on the horse again this morning and will just keep plugging away at it!

So glad to hear you're back on that horse. This plan will work if you just keep to it. Planning ahead is the key for me. I usually know what I have to do on any given day, so I try to make sure I'm not stuck somewhere without a plan already in place. It may sound ridgid, but I found planning ahead crucial in the beginning. Soon your cravings will ease and your willpower will increase. Don't think about the past, just stay with your plan for today. You can do it!!!!

I agree with Angie. What you may want to do is make sure that you always have something quick that you can eat at home. When you are out and the gang wants to get a quick bite (like the pizza), let them and then you have your meal when you get home. I know that can be hard but you will feel so much better in the long run. When the family sees how well you're doing then they may want to join in all on their own. Good luck!!
