I just can't believe how many new people are on here! I can't keep up anymore! I am so happy that you guys are here, we can all help each other!
I am going to get on the scale Thursday to see how much damage i've done. I have basically cheated all month and I am tired of feeling this way. The jacket that I am wearing in my photo.... I can no longer wear it and that photo is only about a month old. I am so weak for gaining this weight back. BUT, I AM GOING TO FIX THIS PEOPLE! Good Luck to all of you! We will get through this together!
