I'm not sure I like this new format?
Clearly I need to refocus too. I think I'm going to try a new approach, since cooking isn't a good option for me right now. I'm going to try to focus on not eating processed foods, only fruits, veggies, meat...until I have some stability in my life and can focus on a real plan.

good luck with that. to tell you the truth, my body always feel better with fresh fruts and veggies incorporated in my diet...
