Any advice on doing light exercises I have started the treadmill 2 weeks ago and I ended up in the ER last night with chest pains I thought I was having a heart attack but it was pain around my chest wall but I really need to stick to working out and a healthy diet gotta be around for my kids and grand-babies and my husband can't seem to do anything without his wife any advice welcomed

start off veryyy slowly on the treadmill for a minute or 2 at a time and increase by a minute until you feel comfortable and then increase the speed the same way - slow... it started at .5 mph after my heart attack on 3/21/16...I am just now able to do 2 mph for 30 minutes. keep trying and you will suceed

I do passive exercises watching TV. I lay on my stomach and bring my feet to my butt, I sit up and bring my knees together and I juggle 2 balls. Believe it or not, it's made a huge difference. Also about once a month I go to the pool and doggie paddle in the deep end for 15 minutes. I have been happy losing a pound a month so be kind to yourself. You are more then your weight <3
