start off veryyy slowly on the treadmill for a minute or 2 at a time and increase by a minute until you feel comfortable and then increase the speed the same way - slow... it started at .5 mph after my heart attack on 3/21/16...I am just now able to do 2 mph for 30 minutes. keep trying and you will suceed
