Since the move, I've been craving carbs.. Rice, flour, pasta, potatoes.
I don't know if its from the stress of the move, my cycle approaching or what..
I'm just saying "whatever" at the moment. Eating right as much as I can and trying not to overload on the bad stuff.
I hope this phase passes soon.
I'm scared to look at my scale right now.

BTW LADIES: Does your weight increase due to bloating during your monthly cycle?
