I maintained my weight from last week. But that's ok because I ate more than usual yesterday for Thanksgiving. I had some small pieces of several types of pie for dessert, but I filled up very quickly! It was nice not to want more because I was full.
A highlight was my father-in-law telling me I looked like I lost weight. He said he could see it in my face. That was nice to hear when I walked in to dinner!
Today I ate more than normal, but that's because the hubby and I went and donated blood. I tried to donate last year and my iron level was too low - and then I got pregnant, and I wasn't able to get back to the blood bank until now. So I was very happy that my iron level was up and I was able to donate! It's a great feeling to do something selfless for someone else.
