Fantastic news about the new house... Do hope you hear soon that they have accepted your offer. I know you will miss your niece ... But it will probably be much better without your brother and his gf being around. - he's a bit of a s**t trying to keep it quiet and dump you in It with the rent. Good riddance..... What he is doing is honestly no major shock, he is a d!ck, there is no nice way to say it. He has been this way forever, it is as if he feels I owe him so much I gave up trying to care a long time ago, and kind of accepted being his doormat - sounds terrible I know but it is what it is lol I just look forward to being a bit less stressed is all. However; I feel we will have a fight before he leaves because he will more than likely try to take my dishes/silverware etc.

Well this whole move is because his gf doesn't think I am a good role model for my niece - with my foul mouth and tattoos (he told my mother this, I do swear but my niece has only used it once and she used it in proper context and she got after herself for doing it.) and they don't like my dog - she barks too much and has accidents.. and I wont allow him to kick, hiss or punish my dog (that is my job).

Well tattoos and language are just the start of it lol. I honestly don't see any issues with either of them and I do try to keep it toned down when she is with me BUT I refuse to say meany face and poopy head when I am really mad lol.. if he was to kick my dog he would be tasting boot leather until the day he died because thats how hard I would kick him in the ass.

Meany face and poopy head? Do real adults actually use that kind of language? LMAO!!! That reminds me of when my MIL and I were in a hotel room in England. I was really tired at the end of a long day and went to bed early. She stayed up to hand wash some undies and had the TV on. The next thing I know she's saying, "Bonnie, Bonnie, you have to roll over and watch this. They're in the shower and she's WASHING his DING DONG!" (American TV is, to put it lightly, cencored!) I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life,That was 27 years ago and I've never forgotten it. Hehe!!!

idk if any self respecting adult says those I just feel that that is how they want me to talk, and that is totally not me. I mean its not like every other word is a curse but I do curse. American TV is over censored I my opinion. I watch UK TV shows all the time and it makes me laugh at how carefree they are. I think I would have laughed until I peed had I been there to hear your MIL say that.

lol i just love british TV/movies period..my current love is a show called Misfits, I do love my Coronation Street and I used to love Skins, but the US ruined it and then the UK..I am not sure I just fell out of love with it.. but the inbetweeners are pretty good too lol oh and Torchwood - but this last season was more US than UK so IDK about that. MFP is my fitness pal, same basic idea as this, more of a tool, better layout, moderated forums - so rarely any BS, news feeds come up as links so if you want to read a friends blog/journal you can but you don't have to, forum topics are on the side.. I have yet to hear anything about the house, but this is not a big surprise as the real estate person we are dealing with is currently in California, and I am not sure what is going on or if she passed the info on to the person who is her fill in at the moment up here.. lol

I hope you guys get the house! That will be so freaking great for you. I totally think your bro is a poopey face. =) I actually DO say things like that, only because...well...because that's just me. BUT, I can cuss like a sailor too. hehe. BUT I would in no WAY EVER think you were a bad influence. Being yourself and loving the person you are is a GREAT example for any child. I don't even know if I'm able to watch UK TV on the cable system we have but it sounds interesting. I used to love ABFAB back in the day. I'm pretty sure that was UK.
