Ok so I had a break, I reached my weight goal for the wedding and fitted into the dress, so For a few days I threw my diet out of the window and enjoyed myself, mind you there were very little healthy options. I am back on the wagon and really only put on a kilo, so overall not too bad. My next goal is to be 90 by my cousin robbie's wedding on the 20th Feb, an acheivabl goal and one that I will aim for.
