Im still doing good and only have 1.6 kg to go to reach my second and final goal.Im now doing this since half July and ofcourse its not yet a new lifestyle i do not have to think about. Need to fill my diet calendar everyday because some foods are not as healthy as i have always thought they are. The thing to do than, stay on this goal will be the most difficult one i think. Finding out whats the best to do and keep my healthy foodpatern on the go. But im planning to stick to it. And whats nice in all this, my husband without actually wanting to do a diet has lost 9 kg also because they way we eat now here. And this is good for him, he is overweight too and with his pacemaker and astma its so great for him.YES!
