Sometimes the things we do this week, don't show up till next week. I think it depends on a whole lot of different things like how active we are, genetics, what kinds of foods we put in our bodies (some burn easier and fuel the metabolism better), sodium content,etc. All those things can change weekly. As long as your overall chart is headed downward, you are doing fine.
