I choose to be happy and positive by:
1. Walking daily 2. Drinking at least 64 ounces of water 3. Surrounding myself with positive people 4. Walking away from negativity 5. Eating healthy. Staying away from sugars.
By doing these things, I am changing my life for the better.
My current goals: 1. I will be responsible for my happiness 2. Have more energy 3. Be a great spouse.
