I have been gone for a while. I went back to the first shift and had to readjust to the changes in sleep, eating, etc. I have slipped and slid these last few months. However, I have changed my foot wear (literally) and my mindset and have begun walking and watching what I eat.

My husband has been a wonderful support. We have a cleaning list at home. He has made a deal with me that if I excercise and not "cheat" on my eating (sugars, candy, etc...) He will do the cleaning list. I have to admit this makes my choice a lot easier. I mean, who wants to clean???? Oh, he also does the cooking and has gotten excited about low fat cooking.

If I cheat or don't excercise, I have to do the cleaning and cook for a week along with my excercising. Great motivation.

Also, my joints have started to hurt these last few months. I am running out of time to catch this weight before it cripples me. I will do this! I have to do this.
