Bummed I’m up 0.6 lbs for the week. I guess I am going to cut the artificial sweeteners and the Atkins bars out and see if that helps. This is the first week I haven’t lost anything since I started the Atkins diet, but I am not going to get discouraged I have not cheated and I track everything and drink pretty much only water and a lot of it, except my coffee in the morning. The only thing else I can think of this week is I have not exercise at all just been really tired after work, better get with it because I don’t want another week like this!
