Diario de sproe, 19 feb. 16

Didn't really want to do my weekly weigh-in today. Went a little nuts yesterday and had several pieces of valentines day candy, along with a doughnut for breakfast, then hubby wanted to go out for prime rib dinner and I didn't object. So, I'm up a pound. Could be worse and now that I've gotten crazy day out of the way, it's back to blueberries and cereal this morning for breakfast and already planning a healthier lunch. Time to get back on track!
