no change....but that's ok...I'm still eating 90% healthy except a few fast food chicken sandwiches (I know their about the same as a cheeseburger...lol) I'm going to give 100% effort towards my challenges--got side tracked a bit with my daughter turning 4 years old this week. Lets go FS buddies!!!

The lack of scale movement is definitely because of the fast food garbage. If you're serious about losing weight, you're going to have to eat healthy dinners at home (i.e. cook). It's a lifestyle change, and it's what thin people do. Better for the kids, too - you don't want them to get fat or diabetic, either, which is on the rise.

You might not think so because I certainly didn't, but every time you opt for something more healthy or get further into performing meal prep, it becomes that much easier to turn away fast food and other less healthy options. Six months ago I could single-handedly demolish a bag of chips and a container of dip but now I don't even miss it and I like eating healthy because it makes me feel better. I'm not saying I never splurge but I adopt the 90/10 rule which is to eat healthy 90% of the time and splurge 10%. If I really want french fries for lunch I order a small and I know it means having lean meat or produce with them and an hour at the gym.
