Yesterday was the first I went off a bit in 7 weeks. I had 6 low carb beers and a slice of wheat bread with sloppy joe. Woke up this morning and lost 1.5 lbs, pretty sure the weight will come back, crossing my fingers it doesn't going to drink a lot of water and exercise!!!
