Slept well, got up at 6:50, though didn't really want to...edema 1+ and not a lot of energy, but getting schedule of sleep wake back on track. went to bed/sleep about 11 last night and only one get up to urinate during night about 1:30 or so. Adjusting a bit to lower calorie intake. Weather is cooler and humidity lower. more pleasant to be outside.
