Man I am struggling. I'm tired, unmotivated, and over stressed at work. Keep getting projects thrown at me and am working through a surprise FDA audit. BTW, if anyone ever questions the safety of food or medical products, rest assured that the FDA is more than thorough. We've been getting excellent feedback so far, and I'm very confident in our system, but they are intense. And it doesn't help my stress levels with the VP's of the company badgering me every day about how it is going.

But, if I can make it through this week, I can make it through the rest of the month.

be sure to take some time for yourself.. a long bath, a walk or work out or a movie in bed. something to unwind...me time always helps me deal with work..

Interesting. The FDA is here as well - but I'm lucky enough to be behind the IT veil. My team doesn't do so much during the audit, but we tend to do a lot afterwards. Good luck! Hope it goes well :)

You know, what you are doing, changing habits, quitting some foods, loosing weight is a lot and very hard. A big struggle, and most people don't see that as it is. And part of that is "letting go" so I am thinking that maybe you are already an expert at that. So let go of your negative thoughts, as long as you did your job to the best of your ability, believe me that stress doesn't compare to what you have already achieved.
