After a 10 year weight stagnation, not that I don't know how I got there, I do, I just don't understand why I did not tend to it before.... That being said, I finally took courage and made the right choice, change my life around, specially my eating habits, I am raising a beautiful daughter and I most definitely need to set the good example!!
