had a piece of milk tart and now I'm wondering how many calories to add.. 253 for 100g or go with 380 for 150.. either way I'm left with very little calorie budget for the rest of the day.. wanted to stick to 1200 but I might have to go 1400.. it will be better than the 3000 + I've been having for the last 2 weeks!

When I feel disappointed in the amount of calories I wasted on bad foods then I take away from the next day to make sure I stay on track with the calories . But honestly a cheat every now and then is nothing to feel guilty about 💗

Totally agree although I love finding healthier lower calorie treats and desserts that I can work into my plan without being "cheats" but the milk tart was from mom-in-law and I couldn't (and didn't want to say no😁)
