In March I was down to 145 and even hit 139. NOW I am back at 163Lbs. WHAT did I do to myself?? I was injured at work and my physician ordered no physical activity until my back and shoulder were better. Needless to say I stopped working out, and I ate terribly. I gained every pound back and then some!! The new uniforms I purchased for work don't even come close to fitting me now.
Saturday I went back to healthy eating. I also worked out and threw away every nasty processed food in my house.
I'm depressed and feel so disgusted.

Everyone has got to (re)start somewhere and sometime. Welcome back! Maybe make a pledge to yourself and to others around you not to buy the 'processed food' ever again? It helped me when I told my wife that I needed her help, she was and is incredibly supportive in knowing my goals and sharing the burden and encouraging for me to reach them.

Thank you! To motivate myself I added a new picture that was taken on 5/10/2015. It was shortly before that day that I started to slip backwards. I do appreciate the support of the comments~
