Anyone get nauseous when trying to drink the proper amount of water? What is that about?

Yes, I do, no idea why. But what I've been reading is that you don't have to drink just plain water. Tea, coffee, skimmed milk, diluted fruit juice are all good. Alcohol doesn't count, and soda is not a good idea either. Jury seems to be out on diet soda. The point is to get enough LIQUID for the cells in your body to keep hydrated and function properly. Apparently you can get 20% of your liquid needs from food, especially if you eat veg, fruit or soups. So no need to feel nauseous!

Thanks Heidi123. You are the first person that I know, besides myself, to have that kind of problems. My coworkers used to tease me hat I'm having morning sickness..

Try not to guzzle it all down at once. Nurse a glass over 30 minutes and your stomach will probably handle it better.
