went on vacation to the coast with a bunch of frieds. didn't do to bad only gained 1/2 pound. going to get on it 100% on monday the 16.
But going to watch what i eat for the week.

71,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
