Diario de Donhalox2, 22 jul. 11

trying to eat earlier dinners and plan on working out after dinner instead of before. so far.... been going to sleep hungry and waking up at 4am to use the bathroom... ugh... this has happened 2 nights in a row. Maybe it's my body getting to sleep early for the first time in a while.

Didnt eat enough yesterday. 1600 calories!?!?!? thats it! That's bad. I need to be eating atleast 2200 range i thiink to get enough energy.

Try to stop drinking anything two hours before going to bed. 2200cal! You'll definitely have that for the work outs!
