I am delighted to report that I just realized my dress pants are very loose! I know it didn't happen overnight but it just hit me all of the sudden that they're quite baggy. Even without a definite measurement, that's a great achievement!

Yay! Good for you. I had this kinda thing happen to me recently too. It's a great feeling isn't it?! It gives hope even if/when the scale isn't moving. :o)
