Diario de amasson, 20 jul. 11

I've noticed that I struggle a lot in the evenings, when I'm at my desk working or watching TV with my husband. I want to munch on things like goldfish and triscuits. So I figured, why not try something they are constantly pitching on the Biggest Loser - chew some gum. So last night, when I wanted to munch, I stuck a piece of gum in my mouth.

And it worked!

Glad it worked for you. Have you tried the dessert gum made by extra? I tried the apple pie flavor and thought it tasted just like apple pie.
