It is not a good thing that I live so close to a Cold Stone. Yes I did have ice cream today ... but I ran and for dinner I took the buns off my hamburger and for lunch I had a salad and only ate half of it! So hats of to me for the effort I did put in! Hopefully working out every day this week will show on my Monday weigh in ....
