Too many carbs today. I was hungry all day and drank a lot of water, but for some reason today, it didn't do the trick. I should cut out bread all together, even though I only eat whole grain bread. If I exercised I would probably be doing better. But I guess at 73, I'm getting lazy. I did walk four blocks today in the hot sun. Big deal !
