Diario de mrsdragonfly, 16 jul. 09

yucky. that describes how i feel, and looking back on journal, how i have felt all week. it's TOM, so some of the bloated yuck feeling comes from that, but some of it is bad choices ( dinner with dawn instead of workout, birthday pizza instead of workout) i need to get back on track, and get away from this all or nothing mentality. I am up early, a good start and will plan for a good day.

Sweetie you can't quit living! If you don't socialize with your friends and celebrate Birthdays then you alienate both yourself and your friends. Have pizza just have one slice instead of three and go out with your friend once in a while just be a little picky about where and what you eat. You can do this! Keep your chin up we are all in this together.
