Well with all the graduation parties I can say I am honestly surprised I haven't gained MORE!! But... I did cut back a smidge on my Alcohol intake.

However, I messed up my knee really bad 2 saturday ago and it is still swollen a bit and hurts if I bend it all the way so it is putting a damper on some of my working out. I am hoping I will just wake up and everything will be OK...

Yesterday I ate a lot of MEAT!!! But I just was craving it.... so I think for lunch today I will do a salad with some chick peas and beets I don't know why that sounds great.. but it does!!

Body is probably craving protein to heal. Don't rush the knee. Concentrate on upper body stuff until it feels good. Research the internet for physical therapy exercises to do to get that knee back in top shape, without further injury. Last thing you need is surgery!

Take it easy on the knee, it'll heal in time. I keep hoping the same thing too lol, but I settle for feeling a little better each day. Woot woot for Salad!! Doing a soup day in my household. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
