Today I stopped at Wendy's for lunch. In the past I would have thought, "I blew it" and eat whatever I wanted the rest of the day. I made the best choice possible (Jr. Cheeseburger without the bun and a small frosty). I enjoyed both, but it was not in my plans for the day. Since it wasn't in my plans, I could have panicked and just went crazy (Black and white thinking). However, I didn't. Yeah me!!!!!

When I got to work and entered in the rest of the day, I have found that this didn't blow my whole eating for the day. It fit in pretty well, actually. The frosty was just right. Any bigger one and I would have dumped and been really sick. In the past I would have had to have the largest frosty that they had to be satisfied.
