I am finding it so difficult to balance my macros... what should my macros be?

Ver Calendario de Dieta, 12 abril 2022:
1179 kcal Grasa: 54,15g | Prot: 30,97g | Carbh: 148,85g.   Antes del Desayuno: SPAR Fat Free Long Life Milk, Brown Sugar, Coffee. Desayuno: My oats breakfast bowl. Onces: Coffee. Almuerzo: Brown Sugar , Cappuccino, Toasted White Bread , Spiced pumpkin soup. Antes de la Cena: Solal Naturally Sweet Powder, Coffee. Cena: Passion Fruit, Strawberries, Almonds , Danone Divine Double Cream Plain Yoghurt, Golden Delicious Apples. Pasa Bocas / Otros: Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate. más...

Just have a protein goal and fill the rest of your calories with a mix of fats & carbs.

This is going to sound really absurd but I have never in my whole weight loss journey actually even looked at my macros. I do try my best to stay away from refined carbs and sugars and because I am not very frond of meat, I try make sure I get protein high foods in from other sources😀, hope you manage to find your balance🤗

Don't worry about macros, macros are only important for athletes and bodybuilders... Focus solely on calorie consumption VS. calorie expenditure if you're trying to loose weight and vice versa if you're trying to gain...

Late to the party but agee with the advice given... Macros are important for those that are building muscle. For weight loss being in a calorie deficit is most important. I suggest to my followers to keep an eye on protein intake but that's about it.
