Been back with trainer for a week and a half now and dropped my calories. I went up half a kg Sunday and beat myself up for both putting on weight and taking that dreaded scale number so seriously. I weighed this morning thinking there might be a difference (time of month ending) and sure enough 2kg! I’ll take that! Still so far to go but any decrease - measurements or weight I will take thanks. Especially if the mental, emotional and physical health improves - they are numero uno in this journey.
