I hear you. I have to get groceries tonight after work and I know by then I'll be ready to eat half the store! Hopefully, my husband won't throw me off track and want really junky food for supper this week.

I know exactly how you feel...I hate that feeling, and so have learned to eat before I go, even if it is just a small snack. It has save me more than once.

Yup...Easter was rough on me nutritionally, too! I know what you mean about shopping for foods that you don't normally eat, too. I'm trying to drag myself back into ketosis, get over the low-carb flu hump. Ugh! Fingers crossed that you'll be back in that zone soon, too.
