Diario de Kristal L, 14 mar. 22

Let’s try this again. I don’t know what happened to the journal entry I wrote a couple hours ago. I went to check the comments and it said it was no longer available.

My husband, girlfriend and I were trying to lose 5lbs in 2 weeks. Unfortunately I did not hit our goal but that’s ok any loss is going in the right direction. The last time I was on the weight loss wagon I stepped on the scale everyday to keep me accountable. If I went up I knew what I did for it to go that way. I know they say not to do it but I don’t get discouraged this way.

Yesterday we surprised some of our friends for a visit. I had a few to many beverages and ate some fried food but you know what you still gotta live wile on this journey. With the world the way it is we need to embrace these moments and enjoy the hell out of them wile we got them.

Just remember everyone WE GOT THIS!!! Working hard everyday to achieve my goals wile striving for a better tomorrow. Have a fantastic Monday everyone!!
